Accessibility Statement

Template — requires legal review before publication. This page is a general website template. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with the law of any country. Have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer for the jurisdictions in which SeafarerFit operates.

SeafarerFit aims to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technologies.

Standard

The website is designed and built with the aim of meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG 2.2 is a W3C Recommendation and has also been approved as ISO/IEC 40500:2025.

Measures taken

  • Semantic HTML, headings and landmarks; a “skip to content” link
  • Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators
  • Labels and accessible error messages on every form; error summaries linked to fields
  • Colour contrast chosen to meet AA ratios; information is never conveyed by colour alone
  • Large touch targets, responsive layouts and support for reduced-motion preferences

Testing status

[DESCRIBE FORMAL TESTING — e.g. “Audited by [ORGANISATION] on [DATE]”. Until a formal audit is completed, SeafarerFit does not claim WCAG conformance.]

Known limitations
