Our approach
We collect as little health data as possible. Health calculators, the medical preparation checker, the fatigue self-assessment and the medical checklist run in your browser: what you type is not sent to us and is never sent to analytics tools.
What we collect
- Contact and correction forms: your name, email, category and message (email optional for corrections). Purpose: responding to you and improving accuracy.
- Newsletter: email address and a record of your consent (double opt-in).
- Accounts: username, email and password (stored hashed by WordPress).
- Certificate tracker (optional): certificate dates, country, authority, examiner name and reference you choose to enter, stored encrypted, plus your reminder preference.
- Technical data: server logs and security data (such as a hashed IP address for rate-limiting failed logins and form spam).
- Analytics (only with consent): pages viewed and non-personal events, via [ANALYTICS PROVIDER, e.g. Google Analytics 4].
