Corrections Policy

Template — requires legal review before publication. This page is a general website template. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with the law of any country. Have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer for the jurisdictions in which SeafarerFit operates.

Accuracy matters, especially for medical and regulatory information. When we get something wrong, we fix it openly.

How to report

Use the “Report an error” form on any page, or the contact form (categories “Content correction” or “Source correction”). Include the page address, the issue, your suggested correction and — ideally — a link to the official source.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge reports that include an email address within [X] working days.
  2. We check the report against the original source.
  3. If a correction is needed, we update the page, record the change and refresh the “Last reviewed” date.
  4. Significant corrections are noted at the end of the page with the date.

Directory corrections

Examiner listings are corrected only against official authority information. See the Directory Terms.
