Purpose
The directory helps users locate seafarer medical examiners. It is not an official register. Official approval status must always be confirmed with the relevant authority.
Verification labels
- Verified from official source — SeafarerFit checked the listing against the authority’s own published list or record on the date shown.
- Source not verified — the listing has not been (or not yet been) checked against an official source.
- Verification requires review — the previous check or the recorded approval period has passed. The listing is not shown as current.
“Government approved” or similar wording is never displayed unless verified against the relevant official authority.
Sponsored listings
Paid listings are labelled “Sponsored Listing”. Payment never changes verification status, the information shown, or the order of results.
For examiners and clinics
To request a correction, verification or removal, use the contact form (category “Medical-provider verification”) and include a link to your entry on the official authority list.
No booking or endorsement
SeafarerFit does not book appointments, set fees or endorse any provider, and is not responsible for providers’ services.
