Medical Content Review Policy

Template — requires legal review before publication. This page is a general website template. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with the law of any country. Have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer for the jurisdictions in which SeafarerFit operates.

Review information on every article

Medical and health articles show: Written by, Reviewed by, Published, Last reviewed, Next review and Sources.

Who reviews

Where a qualified medical professional has reviewed an article, we show their name and credentials exactly as verified. We never invent reviewers or credentials. If no professional medical review has taken place, the article states: “Not yet reviewed by a medical professional.”

Review cycle

Content is scheduled for review at least every [12] months, sooner when sources change. Overdue items are flagged internally and on the page.

Source checks

Separately from medical review, the editorial team checks regulatory statements against official sources and records the date checked.
