Where we rely on consent, it must be freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous, and as easy to withdraw as to give.
- Cookies: non-essential cookies are off until you choose “Accept All” or enable categories under “Customize”. “Reject Non-Essential” is always available, and “Cookie settings” in the footer lets you change your mind.
- Newsletter: requires an unticked consent box and email confirmation (double opt-in). Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Certificate reminders: off by default and switched on per certificate.
- Contact forms: you confirm that we may store your message to respond to you.
We keep a record of newsletter consent (date and method). Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
